The problems and headaches involved with the reparation of these deficiencies can be time, and most importantly cost extensive. Though you use some After Sales Service software for tracking of deficiencies you will find that these programs will not track the cost incurred by you in the reparation of these imperfections in your building project. You can RECORD AND RECOVER UP TO 100% OF YOUR COSTS. We offer you a unique web based software program which will capture all the data pertaining to the reparation of the deficiencies. Clients and their authorized representatives can log into CR at anytime and anyplace and use the reports to monitor their costs.

OVERVIEW
Total Cost Capture
CRS can create the ability for you to do a TOTAL COST CAPTURE. Any deficiency that has been reported to TARION is tracked by a global number and anytime our technician repairs a deficiency all his work is tracked by that global number. All overhead, like breaks, data entry, administration, and cost associated with material acquisition are then allocated to the trades based on proportional allocation of deficiency repair time. Our technicians record the time, date, unit number, the trade responsible for the imperfection, the deficiency description, as well as the steps in the deficiency repair process.

TOTAL COST RECOVERY
With the technician assigning responsibility, and the system distributing a proportional cost of the overhead, it can quickly be allocated to the contractor. Since the data reporting is never more than 7 days in arrears it can quickly be charged against holdbacks of monetary funds.

DETAILED REPORTING

Our data entry personnel input the 22 different data fields that our technicians have provided into the advanced web based application that is unique to Norseman. With this data our application is able to offer our clients Automated weekly and monthly Executive Summary or Detailed Reports. Reports can be provided in either HTML or MS Excel compatible formats.

HTML REPORTS - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The HTML Reports that are available to our clients provide information sorted by respective site, Tarion inspection type, unit number, contractor responsible for deficiency or by type of work performed. The Executive Report provides quick and easy to read data that highlights time and costs.

MS EXCEL REPORTS - DETAILED SUMMARY

With the 22 different data fields associated with the labour entry our software generates a MS Excel report that your analyst can further sort and filter to answer a myriad of questions. Adding real accounting value, the CRS software makes it easy to monitor costs and catch negative trends early.
