Toronto, ON — July 7,2025— Norseman Construction & Development Ltd., in collaboration with Build a Dream and Printerra, is proud to announce the launch of the LiveWell Training Program — an innovative eight-week course designed to prepare workers for the future of construction.

The LiveWell program combines classroom instruction and hands-on training in 3D concrete printing (3DCP) and structural insulated panels (SIPs) — two of the most advanced building methods driving the industrialization of housing. Students will learn blueprint reading, safety, and jobsite application, gaining the skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

About the Partners:

  • Norseman Construction (founded by CEO Kristofer Norman Viking Potts) has been recognized as a leader in residential construction and innovation in the Greater Toronto Area, pioneering the integration of robotics, additive manufacturing, and sustainability practices.
  • Build a Dream is a national non-profit that champions opportunities for women and underrepresented groups in skilled trades, offering career exploration and education pathways.
  • Printerra is a Canadian technology company specializing in large-scale 3D construction printing, delivering cutting-edge additive manufacturing solutions for housing and infrastructure.

“This program is about more than just training — it’s about preparing a new generation of builders to take on the housing challenges of tomorrow,” said Kristofer Potts, CEO of Norseman Construction. “By combining advanced technologies like 3D printing and SIP systems with real-world instruction, we’re giving students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be at the forefront of construction innovation.”

The LiveWell Training Program begins August 11, 2025, and will be hosted in partnership with the Toronto Construction Association and York University. Registration is open to tradespeople, students, and underemployed workers interested in joining Canada’s next construction revolution.
